The ZAKFLEX (EN 856 - 4SH / ISO 3862 standard) is built for demanding extra high-pressure hydraulic applications and hydrostatic transmission lines. Constructed with an oil and water-resistant black synthetic rubber inner tube, it is reinforced by four layers of high tensile steel wire spirals to withstand working pressures up to 420 bar. The outer cover features weather, oil, ozone, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber. It operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C continuously (intermittent up to +120°C) and is rated for 400,000 impulse cycles, delivering long-lasting performance in severe operating conditions.
