The ZAKFLEX hydraulic hose is engineered to satisfy SAE J517-100R2AT, EN 853-2SN, and ISO 1436 standards for high-pressure hydraulic lines. It features a black, oil- and water-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube, reinforced with double steel wire braids for strength and impulse resistance. The outer cover is constructed from weather-, oil-, abrasion-, and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber, available in both wrapped and smooth finishes (smooth finish up to 1-inch ID).
Designed for temperature operating ranges from -40°C to +100°C continuously (intermittent up to +120°C), the hose is suitable for petroleum, synthetic, or water-based fluids. Tested to deliver up to 400,000 impulse cycles (up to 1-inch ID), it provides long service life in earthmoving, agricultural, and material handling systems.
